Children from kindergarten “CRVENKAPA” with its teacher Javorka Savic, visited President of City Municipality of Palilula, Prof. Dr Igor Novakovic to thank to management of Municipality on support that municipality gave for reconstruction of part of building of this kindergarten on Palilula. “We came today here to sent a message to a city that our municipality cares about us, that children are happy and therefore they understand aware that they are members of society. When we get fir tree to plant, children knows that we got it from Palilula Municipality, if the stairs were repaired, they also know that Municipality did it. We started with action of relocation of bus station, through rehabilitation of sewerage that was from neighboring yard poured into our. Our Municipality has always been up to every our request and children is brought to consciousness – highlighted teacher Javorka Savic.

President Igor Novakovic as a good host showed to children offices of municipality and brief them about work of Administration of this organization of local self government. “Our Municipality cooperates with all institutions and organizations which gather and work with young people and we trying to help them as long as it in our jurisdiction. On the territory of Palilula Municipality works nine elementary schools, two special schools, three high schools and three faculties but and 3 kindergartens within the institution “Pcelica”, to which the help is the most necessary. To the kindergarten “Crvenkapa” we have to the their request helped about installing traffic lights signalization, that was necessary for safety of the children, we fixed the staircase and approach road from fence to front door of the kindergarten, we help and about arranging of the yard, park space – said Novakovic and added that after May Holidays will Municipality gift and one computer to the children of this kindergarten, because they said during the visit that computer lack to them. In gratitude and memory on this meeting, children gifted to the President of Municipality several of its framed drawings and congratulations. Not missing the song and recitation which they prepared just for this occasion.

Cooperation of Palilula Municipality with children from kindergarten which are located on the territory of municipality includes numerous contents which have for goal to closer to children work of organization of local self government. Beside kindergarten “Crvenkapa” on the territory of Palilula Municipality works and kindergartens “Bajka” and “Pepeljuga” and in announcement is building and reconstruction of four this kind of objects which are within institution PCELICA. Within program of arranging of inter – space and other public surfaces, Palilula Municipality invested in setting of playgrounds and arranging of green surfaces for the youngest citizens in all parts of Municipality. During the winter school holidays it was organized and skating school as and manifestation “Winter Magic” with the participation of artist – Minja Subota.
